Packages are shipped from Israel every Sunday morning for any orders placed up until Friday 12 PM (US Eastern Time), so typically your package is shipped within 7 days, but on average it takes 3 - 5 days.

Shipping typically takes 8 - 14 business days to north american & Europe, and about 10 - 14 days to Australia. Our express shipping takes 5 - 7 days to most destinations.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your order tracking information has been emailed to you upon shipment of your package, You can track your item by logging in to your account, to see the latest shipping status you can track using your country's based shipping carrier, USPS, Royal Mail or any other country based shipping company.

If you are still unsure where your item is or if the item status was changed to delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us to find out the whereabouts of your item.

Sometimes items are delayed in customs.

What are your shipping options?

We use Israel's eco post priority shipping for our standard shipping option, and then use EMS for our express shipping. On our very large orders we can offer other shipping options.

What if I need the items delivered by certain date?

If you need your order soon, please contact us to evaluate shipping options and estimated time of arrival to your address to analyse the feasibility of its arrival within your time frame.

* Please note that our shipping time-frames are estimates and we do not guarantee their arrival within these time-frames, and we don't use a carrier that can guarantee time-frames such as DHL/UPS/Fedex, and thus any orders that are placed and arrived after your wedding date, we won't be able to accept a return on them.

Would I be charged duty fees and customs?

You might, and any payment or charge will be upon the customer to pay. We should not be responsible for any payments or fees you paid to your country to import the item, it's the responsibility of our clients.

Can you offer gift packaging?

We package our items in a small zip lock baggies, and all of these are inserted into one gift box per each order. Please note that this is the most affordable and economical way for us to ship your items.

We accept cancellation of your order within 1 hour of order placement. We don't accept returns or exchanges on any of our items since they are made to order items, this means we make them specifically for each client.

My item is smaller than expected, what should I do?

We ship extenders for each bracelet (removable) & necklace you order from us, if your item is still smaller we can send you a longer extender, please contact us for further details.

What if my item is damaged?

If your item is damaged, please return it to us in it's original packaging within 3 days of receiving it (we will need photo proof of the damage prior), you can also contact us
